We are a highly personable, close-knit team of vastly experienced Still Life Photographers, Videographers, Post-Production Experts and Assistants. We work closely and collectively on every project that comes through the studio to create stunning content for brands and agencies. Find out a little bit more about each of our team members below. Lee Pattison

Owner & Director | Head Photographer

Lee has been running lux for over 20 years. An exceptionally skilled photographer with an excellent creative flair and a master of people skills, working with Lee is always an enjoyable experience. The personality of lux filters down from Lee, making a warm, welcoming and friendly environment for clients and staff alike. As a testament to Lee's enthusiasm, charm and photographic prowess; he has kept clients regularly coming back to lux for over 15 years.

Glenn Harper

Photography | Post Production | CGI | Management

Glenn has been with lux and closely by Lee’s side almost since the companies inception. A thoroughly skilled technical photographer, Glenn is the ideal man for complicated tasks. Be that behind the camera tackling a complex shot-list or at his desk glued to a CGI project. He is also responsible for admin, invoicing and general job management. Working both on set and in the background; Glenn has been the backbone of lux for many years.

Ivo Ivanov

Photography | Post Production | Videography

A tremendously talented photographer, Ivo has been shooting at Lux for over 8 years. He’s also one of our multi-talented post-production team and brings to every project his many years of experience from studios all over Europe. He’s lux’s resident camera gear expert and is our go-to man for new equipment acquisitions. Ivo is also a well-established motorcycle photographer and takes advantage of lux’s excellent studio facilities on weekends to undertake beautiful motorcycle shoots.

Guy Welch

Post / Pre-Production | CGI | Videography | Marketing

Guy joined lux at a tender young age and in his eight years at the company has developed from a talented retoucher into a flexible all-rounder. Driving significant improvements to lux’s workflows, technical setups and social media and web presence. Alongside this, Guy is a critical part of lux’s moving image team and is equally at home camera operating as he is editing and colour grading. He’s also often the voice you’ll hear when you call the studio and handles many of lux’s new enquiries.

Rob Lewis

Post Production

Rob is a highly-technical senior retoucher with over a decade of experience on product-focused retouching projects. Rob brings both a fantastic work ethos and a genuine creative flavour to every project that comes his way. A deep understanding of Photoshop and colour science makes Rob a safe pair of hands with any retouching challenge.

Jo Johnson

Post Production | Videography

Jo studied animation at university before starting her career in retouching over 10 years ago. As such, her skill base extends well beyond her expertly-honed retouching abilities into editing and colour grading work for moving image projects. She’s also well-versed in After Effects for creating moving cinemagraphs. Jo brings her refined style into each and every image she touches.

Danny Mckenna

General Assisting | Head Chef

Danny is our long-standing senior assistant and alongside his general duties around the studio is responsible for planning menus and preparing lunches for clients and staff. A much loved member of the team, Danny is a great personality and a firm favourite with our regular clients. He’s also highly creative both musically and comedically, not to mention a gifted mixologist.

Plamena Koeva

Photography | Post Production | Texture Styling

Plamena, aptly nicknamed ‘Piks’, is a vital member of both our photography team and our retouching department. Creative, driven and a perfectionist; Piks is multi-talented and can be counted on to deliver consistently stunning imagery. Always a friendly face around the studio and goes out of her way to make clients feel welcome and relaxed in the studio. Piks is also a skilled texture stylist and is often called on-set to elevate a swatches shoot.

Sadie Pattison

General Assisting | Understudy Chef

Fastly becoming a favourite with our clients and an irreplaceable member of our team; Sadie is a warm and engaging personality and works hard to keep lux running smoothly behind the scenes. When she’s not busy on set she’ll be assisting Danny in the kitchen or supporting Guy with updating our social media.
